Easy Blueberry Muffins

These blueberry muffins are quick and easy to make, and make for the perfect snack any time of the day.

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Mixing spoon
  • Measuring cup
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Muffin tin
  • Muffin cups
  • Toothpick
  • Oven mitts

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white All-Purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together sugar, butter, eggs, honey and vanilla. Add milk and stir to combine.
  • Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir to combine.
  • Stir in blueberries.
  • Line a muffin tin with muffin cups.
  • Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups.
  • Bake at 375 F for about 25 minutes until baked through and toothpick comes out clean.
