Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together sugar, butter, eggs, honey and vanilla. Add milk and stir to combine.
Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir to combine.
Stir in blueberries.
Line a muffin tin with muffin cups.
Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups.
Bake at 375 F for about 25 minutes until baked through and toothpick comes out clean.
