Blueberry Muffins
These blueberry muffins are super awesome! They are so delicious that I just cannot stop eating them! Plus they are fun and easy to make… with a little help from a grownup.

Easy Blueberry Muffins
These blueberry muffins are quick and easy to make, and make for the perfect snack any time of the day.
Equipment
- Large mixing bowl
- Medium mixing bowl
- Whisk
- Mixing spoon
- Measuring cup
- Measuring Spoons
- Muffin tin
- Muffin cups
- Toothpick
- Oven mitts
Ingredients
- 2 cups white All-Purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together sugar, butter, eggs, honey and vanilla. Add milk and stir to combine.
- Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir to combine.
- Stir in blueberries.
- Line a muffin tin with muffin cups.
- Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups.
- Bake at 375 F for about 25 minutes until baked through and toothpick comes out clean.
